Photo Tribute
What you need to do
We understand organising a memorial slideshow can be difficult, so to make this a bit easier we ask you to have a read below to help make this an easier process and allow everything to flow more effortlessly
Step 1

Gather all photos you want used, whether they are physical copies (printed photos) or digital files which can be photos, or some like to include short videos of their loved one. Copy the digital files onto a USB.
Step 2

Choose a "main photo" or "cover photo". This will be the main photo paused on screen at the beginning of the service before the tribute begins. Label the main photo - I suggest a post it note on the back of a physical copy or renaming a digital image eg: main photo.jpeg
Step 3

Place remaining photos in an order if you would like - rename digital files 1,2,3 etc... for physical copies sort these into an order you are happy with, either place a lacky band around them so they stay in that order, or write on the back of each photo 1,2,3 etc...

If you do not want or need a particular order, we will compile these into a random order.
Step 4

Once all the photos are selected it is time to choose some music.

This can be any music you want, we primarily source our music from iTunes, though if there is a particular version you want, such as a home recording or a live version which isn't available on iTunes, please send it through to us and we can use that.

I suggest for a typical 60 photo slide show that last for 6 mins, 2 songs to be chosen. 3 songs for a 90 plus photo tribute.
Step 5

Click here or on the link below to download the form that we ask you to fill out with basic contact information, pick up or drop location, music selections, and any bits of helpful information.

Please send us through the form via email or upload it along any photos you supply to us or leave it with your funeral director when you drop off the photos.

This form is important so we can reach out to you with any questions.
Step 6

This the part that makes people a bit anxious, and that is to wait. We aim to have photo tributes completed within 3 to 4 working days. We will contact you when the tribute has been completed. And if it is to be delivered to you or a funeral director, we will notify you again once it has been delivered.
